Some rules are just not ment to be broken.....

After last week of realising what i needed to make differnt, ive been very good.When following Deborahs "M.E.T.H.O.D and nutrtrion plan there are a few rules to follow, simple rules but they make all the difference. They help with your fat burning and metabolic rate and overall wellbeing. Last week i was so tired, it really caught up on me these odd late nights i had, but it also showed in my weightloss. I was too tired to even get through my workouts.From last Tuesday i was so focused, i told myself i would be back on track with the good habbits, and it worked! I got through the week, completed some fab kettlebell sessions and bootcamp. Even did a extra bootcamp. By Friday i came down with a full blown cold and had hurt my hip at home by slipping on the kitchen floor. I was aching that much from my workouts that at the time i had forgotten i had hurt my hip. Then the dreaded thought came over me, Do i still go to class tonight with this cold? i feel awful but i know that it be much worse give it another day or two. Nose was streaming and i had visions of turning up with bits of tissue shoved up my nose. Not a great look. Lucky for me i found some mucus relief tablets. Im not going to let this strike me down, ive not got time to have a cold .Come the weekend and i felt like someone had dropped a concrete block on my head. Now dont know about you but when i usually have a cold, my other half would go to the local garage and come back with a bag of goodies. Pizza, crisps, choc cornflake cake, haribo sweets. I would scoff the lot thinking its what i need but somehow that feeling only lasts from the moment the packet was opened to the last bite taken, before the withdrawal and realisation sets in. Yep its all gone, and yep youve scoffed the lot, and yes youve packed on a few more pound while loosing a few from your purse.
       So while sat on the sofa all snuggled up, the other half said im just popping out. When he came back with a large carrier bag, my eyes lit up. "Brought some treats for you" so i took a look, a bag of blimming Oranges and apples. Not what i want but it shows hes supporting me. So my weekend consits of  greentea with lemon and lots of oranges. Its one of those things i know is a habbit and i now need to make new ones in place of the old if i want to see this body transformation to the end and to make it my new healthy lifestyle.

So i arrived at my Mondays class that i call my "Last chance workout" and it was brill. Intense then usual but im sure thats because deborah is away for a few days and wants every to have a real good session, Its like a few days worth rolled into one session lol.My  hip started playing up so i couldnt keep up with it all but i did what i could. Think i left walking like John Wayne in one of those cowboy films.
I got up early Tuesday morning to be weighed, wasnt well enough for bootcamp. I lost 4lb!!! cant believe it. what a huge difference from last week. I really believe its because i followed those simple rules. Actually did what i was told for once. So glad i did :) .

I so cant wait to see what i will get next tuesday now.Really am starting to feel different.

Week 1- noticed how much energy i had. By end of the week my skin looking clearer.
Week 2- My size 18s had become to big to wear.Size 16s just fit. Lots of compliments from people about me looking slimmer.
Week 3- Even more compliments! Noticed that my hips have shrunk dramatically and my ex pregnancy belly  overhang has shrank so much that even the large magic knickers will have to be sacked! theres not much to hold in no more. Legs,shins,knees look more thin. I can no longer call them turkey drumstick legs. All this equals one thing=

HAPPY,HAPPY,HAPPY!

Heres a few examples of what i eat. I also each week try and make my own take away versions off food. Will start sharing some of these recipes and ideas with you in the next few weeks.
