Wow what a busy two days Ive had, removed all temptations. Went shopping for lots of yummy veg and fruit! Deborah had given me a list of foods i could have.I just cant believe that it was so hard finding normal full fat yoghurt. Its diet this, low fat that, and contains so much hidden sugars!
Just to name a few! Theres so much out there. So i woke up this morning and had a fruit and yoghurt breakfast with sesame seeds on top, snacked on carrot sticks,celery and boiled egg, lunch was a large beef and feta salad with lime dressing. Just juice from a lime and black pepper to add some flavour.Then i had to go out, so instead of taking the car i walked to town.Proberly a mile or so each way. Tea was a warm salad, spinach,broccoli,cabbage,spring greens,mushrooms,red peppers,red onions,garlic,chili with slices of lean beef. Yummy! not even starving!
Ive have also purchased a slow cooker so i can cook some yummy evening food effortsly while still paying my son (6months and crawling!) lots of attention. Cant wait for tomorrow to try it out.I'm making my fave take away meal, chicken Dhansak,lots of lentils.
I have my favourite workout class to look forward too,Kettlebells! Here's a pic below of me before i started kettlebells with Deborah Welch Fitness and on the right me three weeks after! Really does help to tone you up.
As you can see, its crazy what difference three weeks doing kettlebells/bootcamp and eating well can do. In the next post i will show you a pic taken from tonight of my start of this transformation.
