Shopping, Sabotage and Sweaty Sundays!

Wow I'm only on day four but what a huge difference i feel already. Friday day time i cooked a lovely lentil and chicken dish in the slow cooker, ate about a hour before my kettlebell workout but felt not 100%. Workout done and what a workout. Lieing on my back doing pelvic tilts with a kettlebell and i felt like i was from the music video Eric Prydz - Call on me. If you don't know it, check it out on youtube. I did struggle doing the lunges, but i did what i could and stuck at it. Better to give 3 good ones then 15 bad one. I need it to work, and doing it the easy way is noway to get results. I'm pretty please with my shopping, got some good veg without compromising on the quality.
This was only half of it! The only side effects Ive noticed since Ive started is Ive all of a sudden come out in spots, and i haven't actually craved anything yet! However i cant avoid temptations, there everywhere!!  Ive got the other half forgetting what i can and cant have and i went to open a packet of baby organic crisps and first instinct was to put one in my mouth.... so glad i didn't. To top it all off i needed to travel to Birmingham to visit family. My family is lovely however they always have crisps chocolates,cake ,bread to offer. Really wernt sure how it was going to be so i prepacked some food and snacks.


Theres no excuses! plan and prepare! It got me through that Saturday. Even phoned and explained to my family what i was doing. Very supportive. I was a bit moody on the drive back home and was glad to go to bed. Another day done! Now Sundays are what i call sweaty Sundays, had a bad nights sleep but still had energy to get up, I'm feeling fab even tho its that time of the month when mother nature visits, its usually the time where i struggle and hibernate, don't like going out but i feel fantastic.I had a ace kettlebell workout and even tho i still feel it from Friday i can actually say i worked out 110%!!  Came home had a snack, boiled egg and few almonds and prepared lunch.

On Tuesday is when i get measured again, I'm not sure how its going to be but i have defentantly followed  Deborahs plan 100%  I want a change and i have so many people following my progress. Its funny, i brought new underwear two weeks ago and this week Ive noticed they are getting to big. I so cant wait to get into all my old clothes. Most with tags on still!
