I still managed to go to bootcamp on the Tuesday, didn't make Thursdays as was in hospital but managed kettlebells on the Sunday.I really want to try do more bootcamps so will fit this in around my shifts. Best thing about my week is being able to eat breakfast with my son and watch him tucking into a slice of melon. Hes nearly ten months old so seeing him being healthy and eating well is lovely. He loves his food. But i do believe that if he sees me enjoying my food he will enjoy his too.

Weigh loss 32lb!!!!
Inch loss Totals
Chest: 5"
Upper arm: 2"
Umbilicus ( belly button): 10"
Waist: 5.5"
Hips: 10"
Fullest Glutes ( biggest part of bum) 7"
Under Glutes: 6"
Upper leg: 5.5"!!
Total in 12 little weeks is 51 inches!!
This is the same as 4ft 3"!

First picture is when i started, the second on the right was me last week! These are the changes you can achieve in 12 weeks ! Just think what you can achieve in 28 days with Deborah Welch :)
Back has shrunk dramatically!
Here i am from start to the end of my first 12 week cycle :) Our aim now is to continue to lose weight at a slower rate and increase muscle mass to get the real lean look, inches will continue to decrease :)))
